Heat-Resistant Screws: SNSM
Part of Heat-Resistant Screws
The SNSM is a hex socket head cap screw machined from pure molybdenum, a refractory metal with a melting point of about 2623 °C. It is used where temperatures go far beyond what steels can survive, such as furnaces and high-temperature vacuum processes. Cleanroom-washed and packed, it is a specialist high-temperature screw.
