MOHS-C is the high-temperature Oldham coupling, combining stainless-steel hubs with a central VESPEL sliding spacer for heat resistance up to 200 °C plus vacuum, cleanroom and chemical compatibility. Running Ø19–32 mm / 0.4–2.2 Nm, it is the version to specify when the PEEK-based MOP-C cannot meet the temperature or corrosion demands.
